Aura Beauty Bar – 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love every product you purchase from us! If something isn’t quite right, please review our return guidelines below:

🧴 Makeup & Skincare Products

• We accept returns on unused or gently used products within 30 days of purchase, with a valid receipt.

• If the product didn’t work for you, we’re happy to offer a  refund, in-store credit or an exchange.

• Returned items must be in original packaging whenever possible.

• Products returned in heavily used condition may not be eligible for a refund or credit.

💄 Beauty Tools & Accessories

• Tools (brushes etc.) may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

• Due to hygiene protocols, used tools are final sale.

📦 Online Orders

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.  In-salon returns are accepted with prior authorization.

• Please email hello@aurabeautybar.com with your order number and reason for return before shipping or returning in person.

❌ Final Sale Items

• Sale, promotional, and custom-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
